Performing Science

16-17 July 2025 | Seeburg Kiel
Conference on the Collaboration between Performing Arts & Natural Sciences

The Performing Science conference brings together experts from the natural sciences and the independent performing arts for an equal, interdisciplinary dialogue.

Its goal is to explore the creative and intellectual potential of both fields and to spark collaborations that give new impulses to both artistic practice and scientific research.

Beyond that, Performing Science promotes the development of new formats in which theatre-makers and scientists work together to make scientific content tangible and accessible to the public through creative, participatory approaches.
