Interview: Sebastian Hess – Multiple Endosymbiosis in Spirostomid Ciliates

We recently extended our host-microbe interview series to an additional focus on international junior researchers in the field. In the next issue of this new series, CRC1182-speaker Thomas Bosch talks to Dr. Sebastian Hess. He is an independent junior research group leader (Emmy Noether Programme of the German Research Foundation) at the Institute of Zoology, University of Cologne and works on the evolutionary ecology of eukaryotic microbes.
