Interview: Cornelia Jaspers – Microbes and the Fitness of Jellyfish

Our host-microbe interview series now also features international junior researchers: In the next issue of this series, CRC 1182-speaker Thomas Bosch talks to Dr. Cornelia Jaspers. She’s an alumna of the CRC 1182 and now a senior researcher at the Centre for Ocean Life, National Institute of Aquatic Resources, at the Technical University of Denmark. Cornelia investigates the ecology and evolution of the invasive comb jelly Mnemiopsis leidyi and how invasion success might be influenced by rapid adaptation to global change.
