Professional Positioning

Dear postdoctoral researchers of the CRC 1182,

We will work on your “Professional Positioning“ – How to define and communicate your special research areas – We will find together strong and weak points and how we can manage and change them professionally over time – We will train how to give constructive and professional feedback (which will be helpful in your team as well)

If there is one among you who does not see at all a need, please let me know.
